Trouble shooting

H9801 Center base of utility pole.
V9801 Elevation on edge of pavement opposite pole. 

Example center base of utility pole with vertical value (elevation) on edge of pavement opposite pole.

H9802 Center base of pole.
V9802 Elevation on level grade at base of pole.

Example center base of pole.  Cross section showing center of pole not face.

H9803 Center base of utility pole.

Example of old pole with new pole.  Collect both if not sure of date of new pole.  Refer to photo date.

H9804 N.E. roof corner.
V9804 Elevation on level grade at base of N.E. roof corner (Ground).
