By requesting to purchase a Digital Image from e-topo.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  If you purchase an image on behalf of your employer or another person, you will ensure that your employer or any person supplied with an image at your request will also comply with these terms. 

Use and Restrictions: 

Purchasing an image from this site entitles you to use the image in any permitted manner. 

Permitted uses: 

You may display, print, or use the images in any size, for any personal use, provided that you continue to display the watermark including “www.e-topo.com” and the copyright date as it appears in the purchased image. 

The following are strictly prohibited: 

Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing an image.   

Performing photogrammetric mapping using images purchased from e-topo.com. 

Commercial use of any manner.     

Fees and Charges:

All payments will be by credit card.  Camera images and 300 dpi scans will be available for download from the website upon approval of the credit card transaction.  Downloadable images will be available for download for a period of three (3) days from the time of purchase.  You may attempt to download the image(s) three (3) times during that period.  If for any reason you are unable to download the image during the specified time period or number of allowable attempts, please contact our office by email (customerservice@e-topo.com).  We will send an updated key which will allow you additional access to the image. 

Higher resolution images (600, 1200, and 2000 dpi) are considered special orders and are NOT available for immediate download.  Special orders must be paid for in full prior to processing.  Order processing may take up to seven (7) business days.   

600 dpi images will be available for download from our ftp site - when processing has been completed, you will receive email notifying you that your order is available for download, including instructions for downloading from our ftp site. 

1200 and 2000 dpi images, due to large file size, will be delivered on DVD via UPS Ground.  When your order has been processed, you will receive email notifying you that your order has shipped and you will be given a tracking number to monitor delivery.      

No refunds will be provided after an image has been downloaded.  Please be certain that the contents of your shopping cart are correct before proceeding with checkout.

All images are available for preview prior to purchase; there are samples of typical photos that demonstrate zooming capability and limitations to be expected. 

All images are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.  Eastern Topographics assumes no responsibility for any actions or liabilities arising form their possession or use. 

Eastern Topographics reserves the right to limit the quantity and / or selection of images sold to any buyer at any time.
